Who we are

What data we collect

• From the contact form: your name, mobile or email, and your message.
• When you book or visit us: your name, mobile, email if you give it to us, the services you had, the dates of your visits and any notes you ask us to keep.
• From the website, only if you accept them: measurement and advertising cookies (see below).

How we use it

• To look after you: to answer your messages, and to book, confirm and remind you of your appointments.
• For offers and news from Broken nail: only with your consent. We may send you offers, discounts for quieter hours, reminders to book your next visit and salon news by SMS, Viber or email.
• To suggest what suits you: based on the services you have and how often you visit, we choose which of our offers are relevant to you.
• For our advertising: if you accept it, we may show you Broken nail ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google. To do this, we may send your mobile or email to those platforms in encrypted form, only so that our own ads can be shown.

We don't sell, rent or give your details to third parties for their own purposes.

Your consent

Consent to offers and advertising is separate from your appointment: you can book without giving it. You can withdraw it at any time, through the link in every offer message, by replying to the message or by asking us at the salon. Appointment reminders carry on as normal.

Cookies

The website only uses what it needs to work. When we add measurement and advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, they will only switch on after you accept them in the cookie message. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.

Who processes the data

• Vercel: hosts the website.
• Resend: sends messages by email. Its account data is kept in the United States.
• Sentry: records technical errors, with data stored in the EU and without the content of the form.
• Google Workspace: our mailbox.
• SMS and Viber provider: sends reminders and, with your consent, offers.
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google: measurement and advertising, only with your consent.

How long we keep it

• Contact form messages: for as long as we need to reply and finish dealing with your request.
• Your visit history: while you are our client and for as long as the law requires us to keep it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
• Consent to offers: until you withdraw it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use for advertising, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@brokennail.gr. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
